We build a TEAM having the requisite skill sets and experience. TEAMs can be as small as one member or as large as a couple of dozen, and a TEAM's specific composition will vary as required for the project at hand.
Software Engineers constitute the core of most TEAMs. Project Managers, Designers, and other experts fill out the remaining seats as needed. Ming Fu can also provide Product Design and Architecture services.
As a TEAM usually works directly for the Client, the Client usually assumes responsibility for Project Management and product delivery. The Client also has the option for Ming Fu to provide a Project Manager; on TEAMs larger than ten members, Ming Fu provides one at no cost.

- A Dedicated TEAM works exclusively for the Client, day in and out. Billing is straightforward, based on a per monthly rate per team member. For projects requiring full-time staff, a Dedicated TEAM is the most economical and fastest means to reaching an objective.
- A Flex TEAM is similar to a Dedicated TEAM, but the Client pays for only the actual billable hours, not a flat monthly fee. Require a TEAM's service only for 50 hours a month? Flex TEAM can be the most cost–effective and versatile.
