    Pricing

    Monthly Rate is a feature of the Dedicated TEAM that provides a full-time engagement.

    Hourly Rate is a feature of the Flex TEAM that allows for part-time utilization of the TEAM.

  • Responsibility for Project Management and Delivery

    Ming Fu as a company evaluates each Client engagement thoroughly to recommend a feasible process. With over ten years of experience in the market, we usually propose three models which have become mainstays. They are discussed in detail with the Client before settling on one by mutual agreement.

    1. Client

    Ming Fu creates and deploys a Dedicated TEAM for our Client. Day-to-day management of the TEAM and its members lies with our Client. Ming Fu remains engaged, conducting review meetings with both the TEAM and the Client monthly or quarterly to ensure the success of the engagement.

    In the event the Client encountered issues with TEAM members, Ming Fu would offer its complete support and, if necessary, would replace inefficient and non-productive members.

    2. Ming Fu

    Ming Fu creates and deploys a Dedicated TEAM with the requisite skill sets, but TEAM management lies entirely with Ming Fu. Responsibility for the TEAM's productivity and performance is Ming Fu's alone.

    Ming Fu has success with Agile approaches, which certainly helps manage the teams efficiently.

    3. Joint

    Finally, in the third model, both Ming Fu and the Client are involved equally in managing the deployed TEAM.

    This integrated approach typically calls for multiple review meetings — internal, external, and clubbed ones. The cadence of the meetings purely depends on the project, and it is set by mutual agreement.
